Purchasing process
The User can buy the products offered in Baby on earth through the process of purchasing. You can access the products through the main menu or the complementary links found in different sites of the web. Once a product is entered, the user can choose the quantity. Then, you can access the Shopping Cart where you will see the product/s you have selected with the price (including the corresponding VAT). The next step is to choose the payment method, enter the customer’s data and make the payment.
Any product will always be available on the web if it is in stock and so it is displayed. Otherwise, the product will be marked as “Sold out”. It is possible that at some point there will be a stock break or punctual unavailability. In this case, Baby on earth will contact the User whose situation affects, as soon as possible, to report the situation and specify a new delivery deadline or proceed, if there were no other alternatives, to cancel the order.
In case a User has ordered several products and this situation affects one of them, Baby on earth could agree with the User different shipments to accelerate the arrival at destination of the products that are in stock.
In any case, the client can not demand compensation if there are delays in delivery.
Payment methods
Currently, from the Babyonearth website you can buy with a card or bizum system. Paying with a card is fast and safe. Babyonearth meets all the requirements that this prestige payment system stipulates in order to use it.

Baby on earth website has a Security Certificate (SSL) to provide an environment with secure payment.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND PURCHASE LIMIT
The prices on the Babyonearth website are expressed in Euros (€) and all include the corresponding VAT. On Baby on earth website you can not buy products for an amount equal to or greater than 1000 €. In these cases, you must choose separate purchases or contact via email hola@babyonearth.com.
SHIPPING
Once the payment has been formalized and the payment received, Baby on earth will proceed to prepare the order. This process can take between 1-2 business days as long as the product is available on the web. When it is ready, the shipment will proceed.
Currently, Baby on earth sends its products through a Certified Mail system or by private courier, as appropriate. Baby on earth will have a tracking number to know exactly where the product/s is and provide it to the User if he or she requests it. Once delivered to Correos or private courier, the order may take to arrive at its destination between 2 and 5 business days (Spain) or between 5-30 days depends on the international destination. Baby on earth is not responsible for delays that may exceed this period of time due to causes beyond our control.
Shipping costs are € 6 for destinations within Spain and Andorra (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands). For orders to other countries in Europe, the price is 18 €. For other destinations, write to hola@babyonearth.com.
In the case of private messaging, 2 delivery attempts will be made to the courier company. If a 3rd attempt is required, it may entail an extra cost for the User (between 3 € and 6 € + VAT), as stipulated by the courier company.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
In the case that the User wants to proceed to make any change or refund, the User will be responsible for the new shipping costs generated. Baby on earth will not receive packages postage due.
Return by default. In the case that the User wants to proceed to make a return for a defective item, he may do so without any problem. In this case, you should contact us through the email hola@babyonearth.com. Baby on earth will cover the return shipping costs, which will be done through Certified Post Office.
Refund by right of withdrawal. If the User is not satisfied with the product, he has 14 calendar days, from the time he receives the product, to return it to Baby on earth. You should send an email to hola@babyonearth.com explaining your case. The bay wrap must not have been opened, unfolded or taken out of the bag/totebag. They must be in the same condition as received.
We will not accept used or broken items, or with packaging in poor condition.
Baby on earth will reimburse the User for the price of the item within a period of 14 calendar days, from the day we receive the returned item. The User will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Baby on earth puts at your disposal the corresponding claim sheets at Passatge Alsina 7 de Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona).
